Professional experience in the field of central public administration (Ministry of Social Assistance) and law bodies (Prosecutor’s Office Chisinau).

Founder of the social-political Movement “New Force”, being chosen as President of this formation.   

Member (deputy) of Moldavian Parliament for two consecutive mandates (1998), holding the position of Vice-president of the Parliamentary Commission for Economy and (2001) holding the position of Vice-president of the Parliamentary Commission for Law, Appointments and Immunities.
